Sr. Troll, from La Cueva del Sr. Troll (Mr. Troll's Cave), have published a review of Brytenwalda in Spanish. Of course you can use an online translator to get it into English.
He has been playing with viking warbands using Viking Age suplement with 28mm plastics.
You can read it at Mr. Troll's blog.

Quick 15mm scenery
I've been working on a couple of quick 15mm scenery pieces for Bytenwalda. They took just a few minutes to finish, but they will work fine during the game.
The first one is a serie of rocks and a dolmen made of polyestiren foam based over plastic sheet. They could be use to form a piece of rough terrain or to transform a gentle hill into a rough hill, for example.
The next terrain piece is a serie of broken or chopped down trees. They are just broken branches picked from the ground during a windy day. They may be use to add character to a forest or to perform their own dead forest scenery (I'm thinking on the Perilous Forest :)).

Brytenwalda printed
It has take its time, but I finally got my printed copy of Brytenwalda.
As the photocopies stores are quite expensive (at least here in Spain), I have choose an online solution: Lulu.
The overall quality seems to be OK, and the paper and images look superb.
Nice work for around 5 euros.

Brytenwalda: Viking Age
Nirkhuz have designed a bunch of lists for playing Brytenwalda battles during the age of the viking raids.
This mod includes lists for Scandinavians (Danish, Swedish and Norwegians), Hiberno-Norses, and Orkeneyinga and kingdom of the isles.
All credits for Nirkhuz, who is also working on a Brytenwalda fantasy mod for Tolkien's Middle-Earth.
Download it by click on the cover.

Little Odo's Romano-British
Little Odo -from Bexleyheath, Kent, UK- have been painting a wonderful 28mm Romano-British warband. They are Gripping Beast 28mm miniatures; such a beautiful models indeed. He used Little Big Men transfers for his shields.
You can see more of his work and a quick battle report at his blog.
